Ingredients :
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- 2 Bouillon cubes
- Dash cumin
- 4 garlic cloves
- Cilantro (optional) stems
- Dash Garlic pepper
- 1/3 vegetable oil
Method :
- Heat up the oil in a large pan and add rice or until golden brown
- While your waiting for your rice to brown to bouillon cubes into 4 cups of boiling water to dissolve them
- Once rice turns brown add water, tomato sauce, cilantro, seasoning, garlic, and chicken broth stir and pour into rice cooker or cover and simmer over low heat
