Ingredients :
- 5 Jalapenos
- 2 Green Peppers
- 1 Small Shallot
- 2 oz Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1/4 c. Asiago Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 large bunch fresh cilantro
- to taste Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
Method :
- Seed and stem the peppers, peel and chop the shallot, peel and grate the ginger.
- Add all ingredients ( except the olive oil) to the work bowl of your food processor, pulse until smooth.
- Add olive oil slowly to the running food processor, until a smooth sauce like consistence is achieved. about a 1/4 cup give or take.
