Ingredients :
- 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Large red onions, diced
- 1 small celery, 8-10 ribs diced
- 2 lbs baby carrots, cut in half or 3rds
- Chicken or vegetable stock to cover everything.
Method :
- Fill the crock pot to 1 inch below the rim with veggies and then add stock to cover.
- Put everything in and cook on low for 8 hours.
