Ingredients :
- 1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- 1 Banana
- 3 oz Tofu (about 1in of a 4in long 12.3 oz block)
- 1 scoop of Whey Protein
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)
Method :
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- That"s about it.
