Recipe Breakfast Shake

Resep Breakfast Shake

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 oz Tofu (about 1in of a 4in long 12.3 oz block)
  • 1 scoop of Whey Protein
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)

Method :
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. That"s about it.
