Ingredients :
- 400 g wild boar fillets
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 ground black pepper
- to taste salt
Method :
- Marinade the meat with all the ingredients over night in the fridge.
- Prepare the barbecue.
- Place the meat over the charcoal. Turn the meat half way through cooking. Enjoy.
