
Ingredients :
- 4 Croissants
- 2 big spoons Sugar
- 1 small spoon Butter
- 2 big spoons Cream
- 2 small cups milk
- Pistachios
Method :
- Cut the croissants into small pieces and put it in tray .
- In saucepan put (Milk, sugar, butter and cream) and mix them together then simmer it for 5 mins .
- Pour it on the croissants .
- Put it in the oven for 6 mins or less with 150C
- Add pistachios on top.
