Ingredients :
- 4 cups whole milk
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsp butter
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 lbs breakfast sausage
- 2 rolls refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Method :
- Heat milk to simmer
- In a separate sauce pan, melt butter and slowly whisk flour.
- Whisk milk into the butter-flour mixture until smooth.
- Cook biscuits according to instructions
- Brown sausage and do not drain
- Add sausage to the gravy. Season gravy with salt and pepper
- Split biscuits in half with a fork and cover with gravy
- Eat!!
