Recipe Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

Ingredients :

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 lbs breakfast sausage
  • 2 rolls refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Method :
  1. Heat milk to simmer
  2. In a separate sauce pan, melt butter and slowly whisk flour.
  3. Whisk milk into the butter-flour mixture until smooth.
  4. Cook biscuits according to instructions
  5. Brown sausage and do not drain
  6. Add sausage to the gravy. Season gravy with salt and pepper
  7. Split biscuits in half with a fork and cover with gravy
  8. Eat!!
