Ingredients :
- 3 medium Carrots
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder or cayenne
- 1-2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
Method :
- Cut carrots into matchsticks.
- Put cut carrots in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt. Mix and knead lightly with hands.
- Sprinkle on chili powder, then pour over soy sauce, followed by sesame oil. Mix well and serve!
