Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 medium Cucumber, chopped
- 1 large Celery Stalk, chopped
- 1 Apple, seeded and chopped
- 1 c Kale or Spinach, chopped
- 1 c frozen Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 scoop Plant Protein Powder
- 1-2 c Almond Milk or Blueberry Juice
- 1 tbsp EVOO (optional)
Method :
- In a high speed blender, first grind flax seeds.
- Then add remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency. Serve immediately
