Ingredients :
- Chicken
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 medium Chicken breast
- 1 Salt
- Soup
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Diced onion
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 quart TJ's turkey broth
Method :
- Cake chicken in salt and pan fry in coconut oil
- Melt butter and sauté diced celery and onions
- After 10 min season with pepper, thyme and sage
- Add flour and stir until golden to remove raw flavor
- Slowly stir in turkey broth
- Cube chicken and add
- Serve
