Ingredients :
- 5 pound pork shoulder
- 4 potatoes, large, quartered, unpeeled
- 1 can chicken broth, 14.5oz
- 3 can sauerkraut, 14.5oz undrained
- 1 tbsp garlic, ground
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Method :
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours. Share and enjoy.
