Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 oz Peanuts, crushed or chopped
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce (or substitute liquid aminos)
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup or honey
Method :
- Crush or chop peanuts
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Feel free to add or subtract ingredients but the flavor will alter with each change.
