
Ingredients :
- 300 g (2 /12 cups) flour
- 150 ml milk
- Pinch salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon yeast
- 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup cheese Nabulsi and soaked with water for a quarter of an hour
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- Egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
Method :
- Mix yeast with sugar and milk and set aside until the yeast interacts.
