Ingredients :
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 scallion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method :
- Chop 1 scallion into 1 inch pieces. 2 medium tomatoes (about half pound), each cut into 6 wedges. And use your clean hands to separate 1 cauliflower into small pieces.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add scallions and stir-fry until just softened, about 30 seconds.
- Add tomatoes and cook, stirring and turning occasionally, until juices are released, around 4 to 6 minutes.
- While the tomatoes turn soft, add 1 tablespoon of ketchup and 1 tablespoon of sugar, keep stirring.
- Add cauliflowers and 1 cup of water, cook 10 to 12 minutes. Turning occasionally. In the end, add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir around thoroughly.
- Serve it using a big plate!!
