Ingredients :
- 10-12 large cabbage leaves
- 1 1/2 pounds lean beef mince
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 can tomato pasta sauce( I used passata sauce)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Method :
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into one cabbage leaf.. Roll them tightly
- Cook on high for 1 hour then turn down and cook on low for 6-7 hours
