Recipe Pancakes

Ingredients :

• 2 cups self raising flour
• 2 tbsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 cup milk

Method :

1. Mix the flour and baking powder
2. Add the egg, oil and sugar
3. Add the milk gradually
4. Cook in a medium hot pan
