Recipe Easy Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients :

• 1 box Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix
• 1 box French Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 1/3 cup Oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/4 cup Confectioners Sugar
• 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp butter or margarine

Method :

1. Mix pudding, eggs, oil and cake mix until smooth
2. Pour mixer into a well greased bunt pan
3. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
4. Mix together melted butter, confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth
5. After 10 minutes of cooling take out pound cake from pan and let cool on a cooling rack
6. Drizzle glaze on top while pound cake is still hot
7. Let pound cake finish cooling and add the second coat of glaze
