Ingredients :
- 1/2 glass porridge oats
- 1 glass water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 handful frozen raspberries (or other fruit)
- 1 spoonful mixed seeds
- 1 slosh milk
- 1 spoonful maple syrup
Method :
- Put the fruit in a bowl so it starts to de-frost. The heat of the porridge will finish the job
- Put the oats and water in a pan and warm over a gentle heat
- When it starts to bubble, lower heat to minimum and stir while it thickens. At this stage you can add half a glass of milk if you like your porridge creamy.
- Pour into the bowl on top of the fruit
- Add maple syrup, seeds and a dash of milk, yoghurt or cream. Enjoy with your morning coffee and feel healthy all morning!! 😇
