Recipe Healthy breakfast

Resep Healthy breakfast

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 glass porridge oats
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 handful frozen raspberries (or other fruit)
  • 1 spoonful mixed seeds
  • 1 slosh milk
  • 1 spoonful maple syrup

Method :
  1. Put the fruit in a bowl so it starts to de-frost. The heat of the porridge will finish the job
  2. Put the oats and water in a pan and warm over a gentle heat
  3. When it starts to bubble, lower heat to minimum and stir while it thickens. At this stage you can add half a glass of milk if you like your porridge creamy.
  4. Pour into the bowl on top of the fruit
  5. Add maple syrup, seeds and a dash of milk, yoghurt or cream. Enjoy with your morning coffee and feel healthy all morning!! 😇
