Recipe Chocolate ganache

Ingredients :

  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter

Method :
  1. Bring the cream to a simmer, pour over chocolate and butter, stir until blended.
  2. Let cool to room temp.
