Recipe Blueberry tangerine smoothie

Resep Blueberry tangerine smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 handful frozen blueberries
  • 1 small tangerine
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 2 tbsp yogurt, I use vanilla
  • 1/2 cup water

Method :
  1. Freeze the fruit the night before: Peel the tangerine and pull out seeds. Pull the pieces apart and freeze laid out on a pan so pieces don"t stick together.
  2. Stick everything in blender or nutrabullit and blend til smooth and enjoy.
