Ingredients :
- 12 peppers (or 6 peppers cut in 12 halves)
- 2 packs cream cheese
- Bacon bits
- Bacon
Method :
- Preheat oven to 450
- Set cream cheese out to soften.
- Clean peppers (cut for half peppers)
- Mix cream cheese and bacon bits in food processor
- Fill peppers with cream cheese/bacon mix
- Wrap in bacon
- Bake for 20 minutes
