Ingredients :
- 120 g unsalted cashew nuts (3/4 cup)
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3/4 tsp sea salt flakes
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Method :
- Pulse in a blender until powdered then store in a 300ml jar in the fridge. It will keep well for a good month
- Delicious sprinkled over pasta dishes, meatballs, added to breading for chicken or fish etc
