Resep Vickys Vegan Parmesan Cheese Substitute

Ingredients :

  • 120 g unsalted cashew nuts (3/4 cup)
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Method :
  1. Pulse in a blender until powdered then store in a 300ml jar in the fridge. It will keep well for a good month
  2. Delicious sprinkled over pasta dishes, meatballs, added to breading for chicken or fish etc
