Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 11/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Evaporated Milk (OK to use regular milk)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
Method :
- Melt butter in a small saucepan.
- Add cocoa and remove pan from heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Spread over brownies. Eat!
