Ingredients :
- 4 leaf lettuce
- 1 tbsp fresh sage
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 each Bell pepper
- 1 each one whole carrot, peeled
- 2 each two handfuls of craisens
- 1 each cucumber, peeled
- 1/2 each half large apple, diced
- 1 each tomato, diced
- 2 dash ground ginger
- 4 dash ground black pepper
- 2 dash garlic salt
- spinach, optional
- canned pineapple, drained, optional
Method :
- Tear, chop all fruits and vegetables
- Add everything to a bowl
- Mix gently
- Serve
