Ingredients :
- 6 small tomatoes cut into four chunks
- 1 handful Fresh mixed lettuce ripped small peices
- 2 tbsp Soft Cheese ( Philadelphia is best )
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream or Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dried Chives, fresh is better if you have them
Method :
- Chop and put tomatoes in a bowl
- Rip lettuce into small pieces and add that to tomatoes
- In another bowl add the soft Cheese and mayonnaise or sour cream and mix together
- Add the chives mix and spoon it on top of tomato mixture
- Put it in the fridge for 30 mins, when ready to serve, mix it all in
