Ingredients :
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 regular size bags mini marshmallows
- 3 cups broken cornflakes
- 3 cups rice crispies
- Graham crackers
- 1 cup Milk chocolate morsels
Method :
- In a medium sauce pan melt 2 tablespoons butter on low to medium heat then add 3/4 bag of mini marshmallows. Melt on till creamy and smooth. Add 3 cups crunched cornflakes into mixture and blend very well.
- Place into 9 x 13 deep dish buttered and pat until evenly layered. Used to graham crackers break them into perforated pieces. Place on top of cornflakes evenly with gaps in between. Next put one cup and a half of milk chocolate chip morsels on top of the graham crackers and evenly spread across the graham crackers. Put in oven on broil for about a minute until chocolate chip morsels get soft.
- Repeat the same process with the rice crispy"s and place on top of the chocolate chip Morsels and Pat evenly across. Next place the finished product into the oven on broil for about a half minute to a minute until marshmallows begin to bubble on top of the rice crispy"s then remove.
