
Ingredients :
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 3 cup rice
Method :
- Chop bell pepper and carrot
- Combine veggies, chickpeas, coconut yogurt, curry powder and garlic powder in a pot.
- Cook until soft
- Serve on rice
