Ingredients :
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 brown onion
- A few cloves of garlic
- 1 can chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- A little bit of canola or vegetable oil
Method :
- Cook diced onion in oil, toast rice then garlic
- Add tomato sauce and chicken broth, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then cover, simmer 20 minutes
