Recipe Homemade Strawberry Jam (Mermelada de Frutilla Casera)

Ingredients :

• 300 grams strawberries, chopped
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• 7 1/2 grams unflavored gelatin powder
• 3 tbsp water
• 4 tbsp hot water

Method :

1. Mix the chopped strawberries, lemon juice and honey in a saucepan.
2. Heat over medium heat for 15 minutes.
3. In a bowl add the gelatin powder with 3 tablespoons of water. After 3 minutes add 4 tablespoons of hot water.
4. Add the gelatin to the still hot mixture until completely dissolved.
5. Place the mixture into a jar and refrigerate. List spreads.
