Ingredients :
- 3 lb chuck roast
- 1 jar pepperoncini (optional)
- 1 packages au jus gravy mix, dry
- 1 packages ranch seasoning mix, dry
- 4 tbsp butter, unsalted
- 1/4 cup water
Method :
- Add everything to a crock pot
- Cook on low for 8 hrs
- Shred and serve with the gravy. I put it on rolls like Italian beef
