Recipe Garlic, Rosemary and Parsley Lamb

Resep Garlic, Rosemary and Parsley Lamb

Ingredients :

  • 1 Leg of Lamb for 8-9 servings
  • handful Chopped Rosemary
  • handful Chopped Parsley
  • 4 Cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/4 Cup Olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon salt

Method :
  1. Pre heat your Oven 350 F.
  2. Crush your 4 garlic cloves up.
  3. Smother your leg of lamb with your mixture.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
