Ingredients :
- 1 Leg of Lamb for 8-9 servings
- handful Chopped Rosemary
- handful Chopped Parsley
- 4 Cloves Garlic crushed
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
Method :
- Pre heat your Oven 350 F.
- Crush your 4 garlic cloves up.
- Smother your leg of lamb with your mixture.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
