Ingredients :
- 6 dl chicken broth
- 4 dl coconut milk
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1/2 leek
- 1/2 selleri
- 2 chilli
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green or red curry paste
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt & pepper
- Star anise
- Lime
- 400 g chicken or salmon
Method :
- Saute vegetables
- Add the curry paste and let simmer.
- Pour in coconut milk and broth, boil for an hour.
- Strain all vegetables.
- Boil the soup then add desired vegetables and chicken or salmon
