Ingredients :
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 1/2 c milk
- 2 c shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 c shredded Swiss
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz uncooked noodles
Method :
- Cook noodles per package directions
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Melt butter. Stir in flour, basil, salt and pepper
- Gradually stir in milk
- Cook and stir over medium heat. Remove from heat
- Add 1 c of cheddar and all Parmesan. Mix well
- Stir in pasta until well combined.
- Spoon half of pasta into 9x13 baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese
- Spoon in remaining pasta. Cover and bake 25 min until hot and bubbly
- Uncover, top with remaining cheese. Let stand 10 min before serving.
