Recipe Sausage Mcgriddles

Ingredients :

• 1 pancake mix
• 1/2 roll of jimmy dean sausage (which ever you prefer)
• 4 slices american cheese
• pancake syrup

Method :

1. Cut 1 inch thick pieces of sausage. Flatten slightly. I crumble the sausage with my spatula through the cooking process. Cook in pan until done
2. Prepare another skillet for your pancakes. I use a little oil, to make the edges of the pancakes crispy.
3. Add pancake mix to pan...then add crumbled sausage on top.
4. Add a slice of cheese
5. Then another sausage pancake on top.
6. Sausage mcgriddles homemade!
