Ingredients :
- 5 C cocoa pebbles cereal
- 5 C marshmallows
- 5 T unsalted butter
- 1/4 C brown sugar
Method :
- Slowly melt butter in a large pot. When butter is melted, add brown sugar and stir. Add marshmallows one cup at a time while stirring. Do not let butter brown before adding brown sugar.
- After marshmallows are melted, add cocoa pebbles, one cup at a time. Stir to incorporate.
- After cocoa pebbles are coated in butter mixture, remove with a kitchen spoon and press into a casserole dish to form a bar like a rice krispies treat.
