Ingredients :
- 2 pieces Tilapia Filet
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp parsley
- to taste salt and pepper
- to taste onion powder
- to taste garlic powder
Method :
- Mix dry ingredients. Coat filet(s) with EVOO then coat with dry mixture.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Place filets on pan. Bake at 400°F for approx. 10-12 mins or until they flake.
