Ingredients :
- 1/2 lemon - sliced
- handful fresh thyme - can use dried
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 pint water (2 cups)
Method :
- Place lemon in a pint jar. Cover with the honey. The honey will macerate the lemons and draw out liquids.
- Meanwhile toss the thyme leaves into a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a gently simmer . Reduce heat by 1/2. ( 1 cup).. cool a bit. Strain . Add it to the jar and stir well. Cover it. Shake and use a Spoonfull as needed.Store in Refrigator for about 1 month.
