Ingredients :
- 1 each Portobello mushroom
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp water
Method :
- Remove the gills with a spoon.
- Fill the cap with everything else all mixed up and marinate overnight.
- Let drain on a paper towel for 10 minutes.
- Get your grill REALLY hot and then turn down to low and put the shroom down.
- Grill for 2 minutes and flip it over, grilling for 3 minutes on this side.
