
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup double cream (at least 40% fat for best results)
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt (full fat)
Method :
- Mix the cream and yoghurt in jar or other container. Use right away or keep in refrigerator for up to a week.
- That"s it! You now have your own sour cream (or something you can use as great substitute)!
