Ingredients :
- 8-10 Asparagus
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 stalk Celery
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 1 Carrot
- Yogurt
- to taste Salt & pepper
- Water to cover vegetables
- Corn starch (optional)
Method :
- Bring all the vegetables to boil until soft.
- Let it cool for a while and then mix it using a mixer, until all the vegetables become smooth.
- Add the yogurt and corn starch if you want to make it more creamy.
