
Ingredients :
- 6 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch Salt
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Grated Carrots
- Walnuts/Raisins (optional)
Method :
- In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients and stir.
- Slowly add in the milk and oil and combine until well combined
- Add in the grated carrots and stir until just combined
- Transfer into small microwaveable mugs, or just one large mug
- Place in the microwave for 2 mins or until fully cooked. Check by inserting a toothpick in the centre.
