
Ingredients :
- 1-1/2 pounds Baby Dutch golden potatoes
- 1-1/2 pounds redskin new potatoes
- 8 ounces sour cream
- as needed water
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces egg salad make your favorite
- 2 ounce cooked bacon chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
- 1/3 cup sweet salad cubes, or sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup slice ripened black olives
Method :
- Wash and slice the potatoes into manageable bite sized pieces
- Put into a pot with 1 tablespoon of salt. And just cover with water. Boil till fork tender.
- Drain water and add to a bowl. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Serve warm or chilled hope you enjoy!
