
Ingredients :
- 1 packages bacon any kind you like
Method :
- Rinse off the bacon in cold water and dry real good with paper towel to reduce shrinkage
- Lay bacon on cookie sheet single layer
- Put in cold oven
- Set oven to 400°F and set timer for 20 minutes
- Depending on thickness of bacon and desired doneness start checking at the 20 minute mark. I like mine crispy and it was semi thick cut so it took about 25 minutes
