Ingredients :
- 10 oz (280 g) plain flour
- 2 tspn baking powder
- 1/2 tspn bi-carb
- 1 egg
- 5 oz (140 g) sugar
- 120 ml yoghurt
- 150 ml milk
- 90 ml veg oil
- 1 tspn vanilla essence
- 100 g +/- frozen/fresh raspberries
- 100 g chopped white chocolate
Method :
- Mix all ingredients together, adding raspberries and white chocolate at the end if using.
- Split into 12 muffin cases. Cook for approx 20 mins at 190 deg.
