Ingredients :
- 2 c gluten free rolled Oats
- 1/2 c Sunflower Seeds
- 1 c Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 c Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 c Honey
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, plus extra for pan
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c fresh Blueberries
Method :
- Prepare a 9-inch glass baking dish with coconut oil and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine oats, seeds and nuts and spread onto a baking sheet. Toast for 15 minutes, stirring once
- Meanwhile, warm honey, coconut oil, vanilla and salt in a sauce pan
- Reduce heat in oven to 300 degrees. Toss toasted oat mixtures with honey mixture and add blueberries. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and press down, evenly distributing the mixture in the dish and place in the oven for 25 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares.
