Ingredients :
- 3 Avocados, pitted & skins removed
- 1 ⁄4 c. shallot, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced (optional)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
- to taste Sea salt & pepper, cayenne, white pepper, paprika, etc. (optional)
Method :
- Gently mash avocados in a medium sized bowl, leaving some chunks. Add remaining ingredients/seasonings and stir well to combine.
- If refrigerating, place pits on top of guacamole to prevent browning. Cover and chill.
