Ingredients :
- filling:
- 3 c leftover tzimmes
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c almond milk
- crust:
- 1 c almonds
- 1 c raisins
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Method :
- To make crust, add one cup of almonds to a blender
- Add a spoon of chia seeds
- Add a cup of raisons
- Blend and put in the bottom of a pie pan. Try to have the crust dough go up the sides
- For the filling, measure out 3 cups of leftover tzimmes (check out my recipe for it)
- Add 1/2 cup almond milk
- Add 3 eggs
- Process mixture until smooth
- Pour over almond crust
- Bake at 350° for an hour
