Ingredients :
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 pound ham steak, about 3/4 inch (19 mm) thick
Method :
- Fire up the grill I used charcoal and oak wood.
- Rub sugar over ham steak
- Put ham steak on grill turn as needed. When sugar is coated and melted to ham and some of the fat is caramelized, it"s ready
