Ingredients :
- 1/3 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbs Hershey's cocoa powder
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet choc chips, or Reeses pb miniature cups, or Hershey minis
Method :
- In small bowl, whisk together oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add flour, sugar, cocoa, and whisk to combine.
- Place half the candy in the bottom of the mug. Pour 1/4 cup batter over. Place other half of candy. Pour 1/4 cup batter over.
- Microwave on high 90 seconds. Cake should be fluffy and bounce back.
- Repeat for second mug.
