Ingredients :
- 2 cups sliced green vegetables (immerse them first in water + a pinch of salt or apple cider for five minutes, then pat dry, slice accordingly)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic, smashed, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp shoyu
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch dashi
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan (low). Add garlic, then onion, mix until fragrant.
- Add green vegetables and the rest of the condiments save for sesame seeds. Mix evenly. Cover for 3 minutes.
- Uncover the pan, sprinkle the sesame seeds.
